Dr. Manmath Kumar Biswal, Founder-Chairman, BCET Group of Institutions, is a renowned academician and outstanding personality with a vision that education holds the key to the institution's progress and prosperity. Established in the year 2001 in the majestic Sand City of Balasore, BCET has been growing from strength to strength in imparting quality technical education to budding aspirants to harness and explore the vast opportunities available from time to time. From its inception, the major focus and endeavor of the institute has been grooming the young minds through classroom teaching, industrial visits, model projects, seminars, lessons in communication skills, participation in sports, cultural events, social service, etc. to prove their mettle in industry & academic research.
